I've had the pleasure of knowing Nick for the last 5 years. Nick was a breath of fresh air, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and fun to the office every day. He was a special man and a special friend, always looking out for others before himself. His love of food and drink has introduced me to some very 'interesting' beers, but I don't think I'll follow him having a plate of fresh chillies with a curry. Rest in peace Nick
